What do you sell?
We sell digital prints. We call them Printable PDFs. Basically, they're posters that you print yourself.

How does that work?
Once you make your purchase, you'll receive an email containing a secure link to download your item(s). When you click that download link, the Printable PDF(s) you purchased will download to your computer.

I didn't get the email. What's up?
The email goes out automatically, but it can take a minute or two to arrive. If you don’t see the email after a few minutes, check your spam folder. If you STILL don't see it (this almost never happens), contact us and we'll make things right.

Where should I print my PDFs?
You can either print them at home (and get "home printer" quality prints), or print them at a local printer / print shop (and get great quality—yet still very affordable—prints). Guess which option we recommend? :)

How secure is this store?
Extremely secure—we use PayPal for payments. PayPal encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level that is commercially available).

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and direct payments—via PayPal.

Do I need a PayPal account to buy from you?
Nope. You don't have to have a PayPal account to buy from us. But, if you already have a PayPal account, you can use it. When you checkout, you'll see your options.

What's your return policy?
Because we only sell digital products, no refunds are available.

How do you say YXCO?
You can say it however you want, but we say it "Why Ex Co."
